Numeric Controls

The numerical control TL4 is a microprocessor system made for positioning control and for the  automatisms connected to it, Can Open based with Master software DS402 profile for device connection. Developed for tool machine application on axles, controls the trajectory with a continuous loop that allows the changing of the speed of the motor as in high performances numerical controls designed for axles interpolation.

• Visualization: graphical back-lighted led LCD, 320x240 pixels
• Keyboard: polycarbonate, alphanumerical, customizable front panel
• Feeding: 24 V.c.c. 0.5 A
• Mass storage: persistent static ram and flash memory
• External disk: pen flash USB
• Communication: two Can Open lines for driving and I/O modules, two RS232 serials (one configurable as RS485) for external P.C. connection, Bar Code reader or label printer
• Potentiometer: speed regulation from potentiometer connected to the external I/O module, enabled from parameter
• P.L.C.: internal 64 inputs + 64 outputs managing, with external remote I/O modules
• Standard software: axles motion in linear interpolation, electrical axle functionality, manual motion, customized user programming with ELCON EDITOR software on external P.C.
